ANOTHER MERMAID ITEM! This Dress is from the same company as the mermaid skirt, so I am so excited to have been approved for both! This dress I primarily applied for my mom. So, I gave it to her as soon as I recieved it. She was amazed and fell in love instantly! I mentioned that the skirt was thin, however. the dress has the same fabric.. but it is a little thicker which is nice. You need a semi weighted down dress, or on a windy day, it came come up! && You don't what that to happen. I really like this and I know my mom is going to Rock it!!!!!!
