THIS BALL IS HUGE!!!! I LOVE IT! I am a big yoga ball person! I suffer from PCOS/Endometerosis, so I do have extreme Cramps all the time. One of the only things I have found to help with them, is bouncing on a yoga ball. This ball is amazing! You can choice from different colors. They have Purple, Pink, Grey, and black! You can also Order in different size, I chose the largest size in this color, so I like bigger yoga balls, then just the tiny stability balls. Thankfully, this Ball comes with a pump! I have ordered Yoga balls in the past, and it didn't come with a pump, so this was a great PLUS! It also didn't take long to blow up.Starting from the very beginning to the end, the whole things took about 5 minutes! Fast! They also give you Step by step instructions, a website to find awesome exercises, and plenty of contact numbers if you have problems.
