Holy CHEESEmoly! I had been wanting a cheese grater for quite some time and so far I am so impressed!!!!! The first thing I noticed was how easy the grinder was to assemble. All you have to do is twist the cranks on until it latches! It is also to take apart. EASY PEASY LEMON SQUEEZY! The Grinder itself was made very nice, and I can tell it will last a long time. I tried it with two different cheeses! I tried a softer Cheese first. I was so worried that it wasn't going to crate a soft cheese, I thought maybe it was only made for harder Cheese. Although, to my surprise, the grinder worked great. It of course, got a little dirty, but the clean up was easy and I didn't have to spend a lot of time scrubbing it like a normal Grater. Next I tried a harder peice of cheese, and that was so easy! It wasn't even that hard to turn the crank like I thought it would.
