Ahh Peppermint Oil!! First of all, THE SMELL! Oh my gosh! I could take a bath in just this stuff!! It smells like Christmas! You are not supposed to ingest this, however If I didn't read the instructions, I totally would! It smells good enough to eat! Make sure to put it into a diffuser, so that your whole house can smell like Christmas! I am going to wait to use the rest of mine til that time. But, in the meantime, I can already tell it helps!
